This photo was taken on the day of surgery to remove 1/4 of the follicles, before the surgery. Note that this is just one side, these little bastards cover my whole dick except the underside.
Numbing cream was applied an hour prior to having the first of 4 treatments of Hyferaction performed.
This was completely painless, however if a topical anesthetic is not applied, this can be quite painful.
I feel the pain is worth it as I had several done without cream, but it is definitely a lot more of a pleasant experience to have the cream applied.
These photos were taken an hour after surgery.
note- mild inflammation, small scabs, and spots have raised higher to the surface of the skin. No pain due to numbing cream.

An Introduction.
I am 20 years old, and have suffered with a severe case of fordyce spots / sebaceous prominence since early puberty.
I have created this blog of my journey to help you guys.
The answer is to get Hyferaction done, which is cheap, and offered by most if not all dermatologists.
The hardest step is getting the courage to tell anybody about it, even your gp / dermatologist.
I had had 5 sessions with the dermo before I got the balls up to tell him about it, and it seemed that this was fairly common, and this was in a small town!
I have a severe case, in the last 3 months I have had several removed successfully with Hyferaction, and as such, over the following few months I am having the surgery the completely remove it all, taking a picture most days to share with other guys who are affected, and need help.
If at any time you would like to contact me for a private discussion, my email is jelly_legs.92@hotmail.com
Email with suggestions/tips to make this blog more friendly, and to provide more information with other guys like you.
SP can really affect guys mentally, and I have made this in the hopes that I will help someone through this.
