Day 1.

This photo was taken on the day of surgery to remove 1/4 of the follicles, before the surgery. Note that this is just one side, these little bastards cover my whole dick except the underside.

Numbing cream was applied an hour prior to having the first of 4 treatments of Hyferaction performed.
This was completely painless, however if a topical anesthetic is not applied, this can be quite painful.
I feel the pain is worth it as I had several done without cream, but it is definitely a lot more of a pleasant experience to have the cream applied.
These photos were taken an hour after surgery.

note- mild inflammation, small scabs, and spots have raised higher to the surface of the skin. No pain due to numbing cream.
