I am 20 years old, and have suffered with a severe case of fordyce spots / sebaceous prominence since early puberty.

The answer is to get Hyferaction done, which is cheap, and offered by most if not all dermatologists.
The hardest step is getting the courage to tell anybody about it, even your gp / dermatologist.
I had had 5 sessions with the dermo before I got the balls up to tell him about it, and it seemed that this was fairly common, and this was in a small town!
I have a severe case, in the last 3 months I have had several removed successfully with Hyferaction, and as such, over the following few months I am having the surgery the completely remove it all, taking a picture most days to share with other guys who are affected, and need help.
