Hello, I'm so very sorry I haven't been keeping everybody up to date.
There is nothing that could excuse me from waiting this long for posting, so I'm not going to come up with any other excuse than the truth, I was lazy.
The lowdown?
The SP that was treated has been reduced to pink pigmented bits of skin, which are slowly fading..
Some return, this has been because the scabs have come off prematurely and as such the gland was not completely killed.
If you get this done, don't pick the scabs and don't wank for at least one week.
I will be uploading some pictures in the coming days, I really have come a long way, this procedure is the most efficient way to get it done, it is painless with numbing cream, relatively cheap and easy.
Do it.

Day 14. 2 weeks.
Sorry for my lack of updates, I've been busy working and answering lots of emails :)
So, 2 weeks on, and I have some results.
Some have completely gone, only leaving lightly coloured skin, others are still in the process of raising, others are just small flat circular spots.
Here are some pictures for you.
Compare them to the first pictures I took.
The first picture you can clearly see the area(s) of improved skin.
I suspect that within possibly a month, this whole area will be clean and fordyce-free.
Keep the emails coming!
Another picture, sorry about the lighting.

Day 7. 1 week on.
So it's been a week since my first of four treatments of hyferaction. Let's see how it's going.
Okay, so all the big scabs are gone, however the ordeal is not over yet, as you can still see these bumps, "What's going on!?!?!"
What's going on is all the puss and oil is going to the surface of the skin, slowly flaking off, that's why some of these are bright pink, its where the skin is being irritated and the glans are dyeing.
You can see right in the middle at the top that there is a completely clear patch of skin, in 3-4 weeks time, this is what that whole pink area should look like, apart from the ones that were not hyferacted properly.
Email me with any questions, I will post more updates in the coming days.

Day 4.
Some of the scabs are starting to peel off, however the ordeal isn't over just yet.
It would seem that some of the follicles weren't hyferacted properly, and will have to be removed next session.
On the few where the scabs are peeling, you can see where the damaged skin and scarring will occur, there is still somewhat of a lump in these areas, as the oil inside the cysts has not yet forced its way out, and this can take up to 3 weeks.
There are some small ones which are gone completely (above the big scab) with already fresh skin underneath.
Ideally this would be everywhere, but you have to be patient with this.

Other treatments available for SP.
All will need doctors referrals, and the more efficient they become, the harder these treatments are to receive - money wise.
DO NOT use TCA Chemical Peels.
Putting acid on your penis is never a good idea, and this will only lead to a temporary fix, severe infections, and intense scarring which will look A LOT worse than my day two picture for several months. Costs $30-$250
You may / may not need a referral to a skin doctor, if your GP is prepared to perform this.
However I do not encourage getting this in the slightest.
STAY. AWAY.
Hyfraction, electrolysis, (or anything else with electro in the name)
Cost: $25 - 150
This is what I am having performed, painful without anesthetic, worth every cent, inexpensive.
You will need a referal from a doctor to a dermatologist to have this performed.
Co2 Laser Treatment:
Cost: Upwards of $175
There has been reported success, but there are also reports of this treatment not lasting, this is where a laser burns the skin and glans, in an attempt to destroy the follicle.
Leaves extremely visible scarring.
Pulse Die laser treatment:
Cost: upwards of $200 per session - usually up to 5 sessions required (depending on seriousness of your condition)
This will work every time guaranteed, but is very expensive, you will need a referral from your dermatologist to a cosmetic surgeon to have this performed, and it is not widely available, if you are able to get this done and have the money to spare.

Day 3.
Not much progress form last night, I took a photo but the scabs are pretty much the same, and there has been no progress overnight.
Keep in mind, that this will take several weeks.
In the meantime, here are some tips for those of you worried about getting the dermatologist referral in the first place, as I have received several emails (already!) in regards to this topic.
Bro-tip: If you're uncomfortable telling your doctor why you need a referral to the dermatologist in the first place, just lie and say you're worried about some other skin condition you may have, whether that be acne, dandruff, warts on fingers, whatever, get creative, but the doctor will need to see that.
Once you provide proof, they will not be able to refuse you a referral.

Day 2.
The day after surgery, there was no pain, only irritation from clothing on the newly formed scabs, pictured below.
8.30 am
Overnight the scabs had worsened, however this is normal, as it means the sebaceous gland is dead, and clearing everything out - kinda like a burst blood vessel.
2pm.
Looks like one of the glands at the top wasn't hyferacted properly.
More scabbing has appeared, some of them are starting to itch.
Occasional throbbing sensation.
Irritating, but no pain.
9.30 pm
Scabbing has become more violent, however the skin in the area is less irritated.
